the area. We may be able to help you search for a place to build in an area you are
interested in. We often know of land/lots that are not listed with real estate agents.
If you have lots or vacant land for sale, please let us
know and we will add them to our list.

Peet Drive (off Morris Rd.), Marcy
Now available, this new community features 8 lots on a quiet dead end road. Lot sizes
range from 3/4 to 1 1/2 acres, some wooded, all public utilities, Whitesboro schools, 10 minute drive to shopping. Lots are included as
a package when we build your new home.

Hayes/Koronowski Rds., Marcy
In an area of newer homes, The Brambles is the area's newest community. It will have 41 lots ranging from 1/2 acre to 1 1/2 acres.
It features all public utilities - water, sewer, gas, cable, and some wooded lots. The terrain is gently sloping. There are 2 entrances onto existing
roads and will include one cul-de-sac with larger treed lots. This subdivision is currently in final review by the Town of Marcy and other agencies.
The community will be developed in 3 phases, beginning at Koronowski Rd.
We anticipate that road and utility construction for phase 1 will begin summer/fall of 2018 with lots available for home construction by the summer of 2019.
A model home will be built shortly for customers to visit.
